We manufacture the Drop Close Die Press Stainless Steel Metal Forgings according the drawings and requirements from our customers, we are able to supply the die forgings with rough forged, rough machined or finial machined. We can also provide the services of heatings and CNC machining.

Producing equipments: 

Forging presses of 630T, 1000T, 1600T, 2500T, 4000T, 8000T.

Materials: 

According to customer’s demands,we are available of stainless steels, carbon steels, alloy steels, 316L, 316, 304L, 304, 1.4432, 1.4462, 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4418, 25CrMo4, 42CrMo4, 16MnCr5, Ck45, F22, F11, A105, 40Cr, 41Cr4, 17CrNiMo6, 34CrNiMo6, ST52-3, S355J2G3, S355JR , etc.

Manufacturing ways: Drop forged, rough machined, heat treated, CNC turned, milled, drilled, threaded, grinded.

Heat treatment: Annealing, Normalizing, Quenching+Tempering(Q+T), Hardening,etc.

Weight: From 0.5kg/pc to 500kg/pc.
