Industrial Biomass Gasifier

We mainly produce two kinds of biomass gasifier, simple gasifier and KX series of downflow bed gasifier.

The simple gasifier contains jxq-10a.20a.30a, which is characterized by small size, low price and simple installation. The disadvantage is that the tar content is higher than KX series gasifier and can not work continuously.

KX series biomass gasifier is a kind of downflow bed gasifier, which is a series of products designed by our company for the technology of bio-generator.The gasifier adopts modular design, simple installation and convenient transportation.The purification system adopts dry cleaning technology to avoid water resources and environmental pollution.Material adaptability: biomass raw material size is less than 30mm and water content is less than 20%.The control system adopts PLC intelligent control system, automatic work.

Main features include:

(1) biomass gasifier, realizing intelligent control feeding and ash removal.

(2) the gas consumption of biomass gasifier and generator sets can realize intelligent control, so that the biomass gasifier and generator set can achieve the ideal cooperation.

(3) the sewage discharge and dust removal system of the purification system are automatically controlled to ensure that the discharge and dust removal process do not affect the normal work of the gasifier.
